Terms of Service – RevantaX

By using revantax.com and engaging RevantaX services you agree to these terms.

Services
RevantaX provides real estate lead generation services for UAE real estate agents through fully managed Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns. All leads generated are exclusive to one agent only.

Payment
Services are provided on a monthly retainer basis. Payment is due in advance of each service month. Ad spend is paid directly by the client to Meta or Google and is separate from the RevantaX management fee.

Guarantee
RevantaX guarantees a minimum of 20 exclusive leads per month. If this minimum is not met the following month’s management fee is waived. This guarantee applies to active campaigns only.

Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for following up with leads promptly. RevantaX is not responsible for deal outcomes or conversion rates which depend on the agent’s follow-up process.

Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days written notice. Refunds are not provided for the current service month.
